What can BeanDogsCafe.com do for my organization?
BeanDogsCafe.com has a number of fundraising options available to our partner groups. For starters, we will donate a minimum of 20% of the proceeds from each sale to rescues and other animal welfare agencies. For individual organizations, that means that your supporters can take advantage of stellar deals on lots of fun doggie merchandise while raising money for your cause. All they have to do is enter your organization’s code in the Comments field during checkout.
How does my organization become eligible for donations?
Simply enroll in our BeanDogs Buddy program!
Enrollment is quick. Just drop us an email at fundraising@beandogscafe.com and we’ll send you the details. We make it as easy as possible because we understand that you’ve got more important things to do with your time – like caring for the animals. We ask for little more than valid contact information and logo placement on your organization’s website. Aside from that, the way you choose to promote your affiliation with BeanDogsCafe.com is up to you. We’ll happily share tips for success sent to us by other BeanDogs Buddy groups – just ask!
How will donations for my group be tracked?
Your group will be assigned a unique code that your supporters should enter in the Comments field during checkout. Each purchase made in your organization’s name will result in a donation of at least 20% of the proceeds generated from that order.
How are donations paid?
Donation checks will be mailed 45 days in arrears to allow for returns as long as the group has earned at least $20 in donations. For example, donations earned from January 1st – 31st will be mailed on or around March 15th.
Additional Fundraising Programs and Events
In addition to our standard shopping donation program, BeanDogsCafe.com has a number of options available to our BeanDog Buddy partner groups to help them rack up donations even faster!
Fun for Fosters
When your supporters choose to take part in the Fun for Fosters program, they are able to pick out toys, apparel and other goodies for the foster dogs currently in your care. We ship the package directly to your organization and we’ll donate 30% of the proceeds from that sale to your group.
All shoppers need to do is enter Fun for Fosters and your group’s name or code in the Comments field during the checkout process. We’ll handle the rest.
Increased Donation Events
Several times a year, BeanDogsCafe.com will run special Increased Donation Events for our BeanDogs Buddy partners. During these events, donations can range from 25% - 50% and the events usually last from 2-7 days. We send out notices to our BeanDogs Buddy partners ahead of time so they can alert their supporters to the event.
Emergency Fundraisers
We are keenly aware that all rescues face unexpected financial crises from time to time and we’d like to lend them a hand whenever possible. During those times, we’ll work with the groups in our BeanDogs Buddy program to set up special shopping windows and increased donation events.
